Good Mixer are a 3-piece band for hire based in Liverpool, and performing regularly throughout the North West, playing indie, Britpop, and alternative classics. We’re seasoned professionals with years of experience, and can bring that extra special touch to your event - including weddings, functions, club, and pub shows.
Before forming Good Mixer we’ve been lucky enough to share the bill with many of our musical heros, touring and performing alongside bands including the Bluetones, Dodgy, Shed 7, Echobelly, The Wonder Stuff, The Stranglers and more - so when it comes to indie guitar classics, we know our stuff!

"I only popped in to pick up a file, and ended up dancing on the table..."
Good Mixer - Waterfall (Stone Roses cover) live at SoundSo, as the dust begins to settle, and the hangovers start to fade, it becomes apparent from the evidence that last night was (as suspected) a total beast. We'll share some bits over the next few days for anyone who couldn't make it, starting with this Stone Roses classic...

Our shows are priced based on how long you’d like us to play for (we can do anything from 30 minutes to 2 hours), but also travel time and distance - so we prefer to do personalised quotes.
Just drop us a line with a bit of background about your occasion and we’ll aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
At Good Mixer, our goal is to play songs that people know and love, but that are slightly off the beaten track - so when you hire us, you know you're guaranteed something a little bit different.
Our setlist is made up of the indie guitar heros we grew up listening to, and the bands who infuenced them. Songs that can’t help but make you smile, dance, sing along, and dream of the days the charts were chock-full of the latest indie hopefuls.
That means a whole load of great riffs and melodies from the late 80’s & 90’s, along with a couple of old favourites for good measure - so if a jangly guitar and a bit of cool Brittania are up your street, then look no further.
But be warned... if you're looking for Mustang Sally, Brown Eyed girl, or Sex on Fire, then you've come to the wrong place! There are plenty of other bands playing that kind of stuff.
